I HIT THE BIG 5–OHH TODAY! 💥💪🥳

My main goal over the last 5+ years has been to be in a great place in terms of health, fitness and wellness by the time I reach 50.

And I’ve made it! 🙌

It’s not been easy, there have been many setbacks, but with persistence, and letting go of the idea that everything needs to be perfect else there’s no point bothering, has allowed me to be consistent enough to make the progress I was after.

Is there more work to do… could things be even better? Hell yes! And I’ll be working on all that over this next decade.

But for now, I’m happy and content with where I am today, and the balance between healthy lifestyle habits and living the good life feels perfect right now, proving that you *can* have your cake and eat it. 😜🍻

So achieved, FITTER FOR 60 let’s av ya! 💪😅

The first ALIGNED & ACTIVATED workshop at the gym last Friday went really well. 💪

We worked on right hip flexion. Here’s some feedback…

• Improved running performance: Multiple personal bests, faster pace, and segment records achieved.

• Better right leg mobility:
Able to kick right leg up to head height for the first time.

• Enhanced running feel:
Run felt smoother and more enjoyable.

• Greater stability:
Noticed reduced wobbling compared to previous sets.

• Overall physical improvement:
Clear difference in strength, control, and efficiency during training and running.

24 WEEK PROGRESS… 💪

Elisa has now lost 11.1kg (24.5lbs), and 41.5cm (16.3 inches) off her body 💥🙌

It’s not been an easy journey so far—juggling work, a new baby, and family life but at no point did she quit when the going got tough.

10 DAY PROGRESS… 💪

It always amazes me how quickly your physique can change if you exercise intelligently and consistently.

It was exactly 15 years ago today that I co-launched the very first iteration of the 12 week online coaching programme (OCP), with , back in 2010.

We named it the 90 Day Boot Camp Challenge back then.

Despite it being our very first attempt at something like this—all exclusively online, and never meeting any of the participants in person, certainly very unique and one of it’s kind at the time—participants achieved amazing results!

After some time, George and I mutually decided to pursue our individual paths by creating our own online programmes, enabling each of us to tailor our work to our unique styles and areas of expertise.

Over the years my OCP has evolved with the times, keeping up with the latest scientific research on health, fitness, wellness and weight management.

As a result, hundreds of lives have been successfully changed for the better.

Today is a moment of deep gratitude, as the launch of the 90-Day BCC 15 years ago laid the foundation for the success of the 12-Week OCP we all know and love today.

Here’s to many more years of empowering people all over the UK to become fitter, healthier, and more confident in their own skin.
