Something a little different is coming to Brighton Swimming Centre 🧘✨

We're making waves for our 50th Anniversary Fundraiser Event!

And we're so excited to announce two very special wellness experiences joining Saturday's celebration:

🌿 Hatha Yoga with Lizzie Cameron

A slow, mindful and deeply accessible practice, welcoming all ages and abilities. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned yoga lover, Lizzie's gentle sessions are the perfect moment to stretch, breathe and reset 💛

🎵 Floating Sound Bath with Kurazana

Our very first floating sound bath experience. Resting on supportive floats, this is your invite to be guided by sound and meditation, drifting on the water for a deeply calming, almost dreamlike and utterly unforgettable experience ✨

We're deeply saddened by the tragic loss of three young women recovered from the sea in Brighton yesterday 💔

This has been a massive shock to Brighton & our swimming community, and our hearts and prayers go out to their families and friends during such a difficult time.

We also want to express how proud we are of our incredible Emergency Services, the RNLI and HM Coastguard, whose courage and support never goes unnoticed in these most difficult times.

Our thoughts & prayers are with everybody involved during this very sad time 🕊️🤍
