England Lacrosse have released new rules for Mixed lacrosse, so get learning these (after your exams) in prep for more fun next year!!!

Thanks to everyone who came down to our 'Charity Edition' Mixed session yesterday, we had Spider-Man, a Ninja-turtle, a Spartan and even a Hockey player (Henry Wenham)!! - you managed to raise a fantastic £44 for Grassroots Su***de Prevention!!!

As if you could've forgotten, but Mixed LAX is back THIS WEDNESDAY (3rd April) @15:00 on Stanmer park for a Chuckabout session in the sun !!! Bring whatever/whoever you would like or need to have fun in the sun because this is a relaxed session to introduce everyone to MIXED LAX !!!!!!!

Mixed LAX is back with a chuck-about (unfortunately not a bang)!!! Come along for some relaxed LAX run by the players for the players.
