✨Meet Colette✨ though everyone knows her as Lette.
Lette has been training with us for several years, and her journey is nothing short of inspiring. After surgery, she was told she might never run again. But through sheer dedication, consistency, and a commitment to rebuilding her strength with rehab and progressive training, she proved otherwise. Not only is she back on her feet, she’s gone on to complete multiple races and smash her lifting PBs along the way.
You often hear her laugh before you see her, and it instantly lifts the whole room. Her energy is infectious, and her presence makes this place what it is.
We’re so grateful to have you as part of our community, Lette. Friends for life!

✨Meet Neve ✨
Neve has been training with us for over four years now, and it’s been amazing to watch her grow into the strong, confident woman she is today.
She first came along with a friend because she was unsure and didn’t want to box alone… and now she walks into class as one of our demo queens, fully part of the family and thriving.
Behind the scenes, Neve is also living with endometriosis. You wouldn’t know, because she just gets on with it.
We’re so proud of her, but even prouder that she made the decision to step back and prioritise her health recently
Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women, and in the UK it can take an average of 8–9 years to get a diagnosis - years where so many are still dealing with daily, often invisible pain.
Neve never complains. She just shows up with strength, consistency, and heart. A true inspiration. We can’t wait to see your face on a regular basis again at TheBox

✨ Meet Kim, our very own superwoman
Kim has been with us from the very start… that’s right, a whole eight years of commitment! We’ve had the privilege of personally training her through two pregnancies, and now with her partner Scott
Some of our favourite sessions are the family PT ones, where Spike and Rudi jump in. It’s so inspiring to see the kids getting involved and learning what a healthy, active lifestyle looks like from their parents
Kim juggles multiple jobs, is a mum of two, and runs a tight ship at home - yet she still finds time to train, because she knows it makes her stronger in every part of her life
