We can’t wait to get back to it on the studio, and the best bit will be a new app to support our sessions from TeamICG. It’s been in development for a while to ensure it’s got all the features you need to either create sessions, or workout to them, and most importantly with data capture and sharing.

2 places for hand positions when riding seated.

HP1 straight bar nearest you for easy to moderate seated tiad efforts.

HP2 forward wide grip providing greater width and leverage to anchor your torso under higher loads and greater intensity efforts

Our for this Tuesday looks at your position on the handlebars when riding seated.

There are two main options for hand placement whilst in the seated position, these enable the rider to remain in the best position for creating stability through the core and upper body whilst allowing the chest to be open for optimal breathing as intensity increases. Remember not to grip the bars too firmly and make sure you’re shoulders are down and relaxed so the whole position feels comfortable.

We'll touch more on hand position in future top tips so keep an eye out!
