I can’t be bothered to get pulled into the noise around the “manosphere.”

In other news, Jessie Buckley has just won an Oscar for her role as Agnes in the adaptation of Hamnet by Maggie O'Farrell.

She said: “Here’s to all the women who continue to create despite all of the odds.”

That sentiment feels far more meaningful than the "boyosphere" is what it should have been called 🤣

Yes the misogyny but also the need to chase an algorithm without any value or depth of character.

We’d all be better off spending more time discussing work like Hamnet 📖 🎥

Who was Shakespheres wife and what value did she add?

It’s a reminder of all the womens stories that have not yet been told 👀

The boys in the "boyosphere" deserve no air time ❌

Yesterday, we HONOURED the number 7.

Instead of sitting on a panel or speaking at a big event, I chose to celebrate International Women’s Day differently—with 7 sun salutations.

Why? Because 7 isn’t just a number. It’s a symbol of wisdom, growth, and intuition.

It’s been woven into history for centuries:

✨ 7 sisters
✨ 7 wonders of the world
✨ 7 virtues and sins
✨ 7 colours of the rainbow

And your personal growth moves in cycles of 7 too.

We didn’t “accelerate action” by doing more.
We did it by slowing down.

Because wisdom comes 'less'.

Where are you in your 7-year cycle?

Comment "7" for details on my 2-day retreat (May 8th & 9th).

What does the next level of wisdom, maturity, and growth look like for your next phase?

After 7 years of hosting 11 retreats and countless workshops, these two days felt truly special. 🌟

A deep dive into your 7-year personal growth cycle.

It was transformative, not just for me but for the amazing women who joined.

They fully embraced the process:

1️⃣ Aligning their past, present, and future.

2️⃣ Understanding their current phase and natural rhythm.

3️⃣ Exploring past phases to define what’s next.

It’s inspiring to witness what happens when you align with your unique cycle.

So, I’ll ask you: What is your next phase? How would you start to define it?

Lessons from 2018: Learning from the Past is Powerful

On this week’s "Understanding Your 7-Year Personal Growth Cycle" webinar, we reflected on 2018 because it shares similar energy with 2025.

It got me thinking...

❌️ In 2018, I closed a Facebook group of 700+ women—a mistake my business and community have felt since.

✅️ Much of my energy since then has gone into She Rebel Radio.

Now, in 2025, life has come full circle—I’ve found us a new home, launching soon!

💡 What mistakes from 2018 can you learn from—or even rectify—in 2025?

Missed the training? The link for the replay is in my BIO.

Stay tuned—next week, I’ll share details about our new community and how we, as women, can step into our genius phase!

✨ "The universe told me you’re not done yet." ✨

Big congrats to Demi Moore for finally winning a Golden Globe after nearly hitting the mark in 1991, 1993, and 1994!

Back then, she was 28 years old, earning nominations for Ghost, Indecent Proposal, and Disclosure—all during her 4th personal growth cycle (ages 28 to 35).

Now, at 62, during her 9th personal growth cycle (ages 56 to 63), she’s received the critical acclaim she truly deserves for her role in The Substance.

In her acceptance speech, Moore reflected on low moments, including being labelled a “popcorn actress.”

Her story offers us valuable life lessons that go beyond professional recognition and these include :

1. You’re Not Done Yet.
Our greatest potential often reveals itself later in life, particularly during our 7th, 8th, and 9th personal growth cycles (ages 42 to 63), which I call our “Genius Phase”. Keep going—your best work may still be ahead.

2. We All Have Low and Winter Moments.
Everyone experiences low points—those “winter” phases in life. They’re necessary for growth and evolution, adding depth, wisdom, and maturity to our craft.

3. Full Circle Moments Are Powerful.
Demi’s 2025 win is a perfect full circle moment. Later growth cycles often seek to complete unfinished business from earlier phases of life, sometimes in unexpected, magical ways—like a script that lands on your desk just when you need it.

This got me thinking—what from my earlier phases feels incomplete? What might I be called to finish or revisit?

This weekend coming marks the Winter Solstice—the darkest day of the year and the powerful turning point where we welcome the return of the light.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the rush of this season, but the Solstice invites us to slow down, pause, and reflect on the year that’s passed.

Let’s take this time to mark this shift with intention.

Join us for the Winter Solstice Empowerment Circle next Saturday at 8:45 AM (on Zoom) to reflect, connect, and embrace this transition.

I was hanging out with the goddess Isis in Hyde Park London the other week....

Isis worshipped by the Egyptians as the goddess of motherhood, nature & magic ✨️

Did you know there are more sculptures and statues of animals than there are of women in London and elsewhere in the UK?

Here, the icon of Isis is depicted as a bird (probably because it seems hard to have women naked who are not sexualised), but it is also because of our close connection to nature (we embody it, including within our personal growth cycles).

But more important is that the figures and archetypes of women are actually positive and empowering.

Growing up - most of the figures and archetypes of women were either entirely missing or negative in context - think Lilith (demonised), Mary Magdalene (called a w***e) and Jezebel (both shameless and morally unrestrained).

Our Lilith book circle is back next week on the 6th of November as we continue our conversation about the impact on women of negative stereotyping.

We will continue Lilith's journey and will meet the character of Jezebel, too....

Nikki Marmery, the fabulous author of Lilith, will be joining us, too. (Link to tickets in my BIO) 🍎 🎙

Plus, we will continue to support the incredible work of (preventing FGM and child marriage).
