How much time are you spending outside? The light is changing and that’s bound to mean we have less energy.

How will you take care of yourself this Autumn?

For me this will be about:
Decent amounts of sleep.
80% nourishing foods 20% choice
Moving in a gym.
And spending lots of time outside.

Time and space outside is crucial, time inside is mostly used sleeping and working for most of us.

Personal training can seem expensive…..

Personal training is expensive if you are just looking for a training buddy, but if you want to upskill and understand how your habits can change your life then it’s a worthwhile investment.

Here at three pillars I make it my work to go beyond the obvious and share the bodies wonders and processes to help us live our best lives.

These are just some areas that were discussed during a client session yesterday.
