There is no better love than plutonic love with plutonic friends. I’ve learned so much about love and friendship. When you have a plutonic friendship with plutonic love it’s just beautiful. There is no agenda, no ulterior motive. The only thing to gain is there best interest full of love with and a f**k ton of laughing.

Boxing is just like life. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. You learn more from the losses than you do from the wins.

We are all having a human experience. There are only joyful or painful experiences. Unfortunately you learn more from the painful experiences than the joyful ones.

The more painful experiences you have means the more knowledgeable you are. As long as you don’t let the painful experiences keep you down you’ll be the strongest you ever can be and…….

keep experiencing, that’s all we have. X

DAY 3 OF MY 7 DAY FAST

Well today was a tough day. The hardest thing when doing a longer fast is keeping busy. Energy has been up and down so much today. At lunch time I didn’t think I was going to get through the day. Thankfully thing have clam down as the day has gone on. Right now at 6pm I’m feeling good. Roll on day 4.

This is another day when body fat has gone down and muscle percentage has gone up.

Smashing It!!!!

A massive MASSIVE shout out to one my many “ROCK STAR CLIENTS”

Toni has been training with me since April 2022.

All she has done is turn up, train and be consistent and follow the programs I have given her.

That’s all it takes.

It’s not rock science.

There’s no mad formula.

Just be consistent and try to do more than you did last time.

I think Toni will agree when she started she was in good shape, as a regular gym goer.

All I did was help plan the workouts and give support.

Even I was shocked in the results she has got.

Quinoa & Oat porridge with seeds

Since trying vegan this January to support the charity. This is one of my more favourite recipes.

Suffering from IBS a lot of vegan based foods I can’t eat. Especially most, if not all of the replacement meat products.

They all have one of the following which flares me up. Onion power, garlic power, tomato power or yeast extract. When you can’t eat legumes either your options are limited.

This is a lovely breakfast meal

30g Quinoa
60g Porridge Oats (you can adjust this for calories)
10g Sunflower Seeds
10g Pumpkin Seeds
4g Chia Seeds
2g Cacao Nips
Teaspoon of coco powder
200g Oat Milk
300g Water

Simply put everything in a bowl and cook for 20mins or until the Quinoa is completely cooked. Give it a go it’s delicious and full of energy.

New Year New You

Happy new year. I hope it was a fantastic festive period for you.

How do you want to start and leave 2023?

Have you made a new year resolution?

Did you make one last year?

Did you stick it it?

We all make plans and get excited about completing them. Then the time comes to make the plan happen and all the obstacles start to fall in the way.

Making health changes is tough. Changing from a life that is comfortable to a life that is uncomfortable only to begin with isn’t easy

It’s these early few weeks/months where all the good intentions go out of the window.

This is where hiring a coach to guide and steer you on your way is essential.

I lost 10kg in 10 weeks on the lead up to Christmas. Managing social events and this was without making huge sacrifices.

What is it like working with an online coach??

If you have trained with a personal trainer you will understand what it is like to have a bespoke session planned for you.

Then have that trainer stands next to you and talk you through the movements.

They will help you progress and encourage you through the session. Generally that’s where the coaching stops for a lot of people.

Online training is a completely different way of working with clients and although I’m not next to you everyday. There’s more accountability because of the amount of contact we have.

First you get step up on my fitness app - this is where our main point of contact will be for training programs, food program, progression pictures, graph of weigh and fat loss, body measurements and all the data we need to help progress you the best we can.

Your training programs are bespoke and built for you. These are split into different phases. The app has videos of all the exercises.

If you are unsure of form you can video a set and send it on for me to give teaching points on.

I will do a complete audit of your food and diet. Then we will chat and decide the best way to achieve the results you are looking for and plan accordingly.

You will be added to our group where there is weekly challenges and tasks to complete.

Each week I will send out a check in form for you to complete. This way any problems or issues we can tweak and adjust. To keep you moving forward.

When needed we can jump on a call and chat about anything training related.

The best thing about online training is you can train anywhere at anytime at your convenience. You can train at HOME, in the OFFICE, at a GYM, in a PARK.
