Classes from 7th March till 28th March are drop in,
pay as you leave sessions. (phoning ahead would be appreciated so I get an idea of numbers)

If you would like your child to become more conscious of their body and health and to be more confident and self-aware - and do all of this through dance and having fun, then these dance classes will be perfect! By teaching a range of dance routines based on a variety of topics such as exploring emotions and individual parts of the anatomy, they will gain a better understanding of their body, their self and the people around them. Pupils will be encouraged to use personal journals (provided) to record some of what they learn, including the foods and nutrients they need to keep their body healthy and fit, all of which will help them feel a greater sense of control over their bodies. Hana Munroe is the creator of Body Kind, a company that promotes healthy body and living through a range of different projects. Hana has been dancing since the age of two and graduated in 2011 from the University of Brighton with a BA Hons in Performance and Visual Art with Dance. She has over ten years experience of dance and health awareness, is CRB checked and has First Aid training.
