Once again there seem to be a select few who think the rules don’t apply to them.

🔴 Do not place weighted plates onto the machine handles or any other part of the machine. If seen doing any of this will result in an instant ban!

🔴 Respecting the staff and fellow members and visitors to the gym. If a member of the staff have asked you not to do something and you response with a negative attitude or backchat you will be banned!

🔴 CHALK is banned at PHX GYM. If seen using this then
you will be banned!

We have a very strict zero tolerance policy. These rules are to unsure that we continue to proved the best training facility possible and for our members and visitors to enjoy their time at PHX.

Failure to adhere to these rules will have your membership terminated and BANNED FROM ALL PHX GYMS!

We take a lot of pride in providing our members and visitors with some of the best, and rarest, equipment available. That only works if everyone treats it with care.

Lately, we’ve seen a rise in breakages caused by misuse, carelessness, and ego lifting. This isn’t just about equipment, it impacts the kind of gym environment and experience we’re working hard to create for everyone.

Here’s what we expect:
• Don’t drop machines or dumbbells
• Use equipment as intended — if unsure please ask a member of staff how to use it correctly
• If something breaks or feels unsafe, report it immediately — Don’t just leave it

Disrespecting equipment or repeated misuse won’t be ignored. Persistent offenders will be asked to leave and may have their memberships terminated.

Train hard, but train responsibly.

Respect the equipment. Respect each other.
