This is an excerpt from a rehearsal when I was performing.
I started with 5 hoops, then 1, added another and another until I finished again with 5 hoops. When I performed this routine, it was to a diffferent track and used LED hula hoops . But i thought you might enjoy, be inspired by these ideas - also look how sunny and warm in was in my hometown Brighton UK!! Just a quick update. My broken bones are now healed and I am now teaching my left hand and wrist how to function again so I can drive and run in person classes.
BUT I am already running online Hoop Classes on zoom, if you are interested.

Hi Brighton Hoopers! Im back on fb for the time being. As you may know I sustained a serious injury christmas eve - broken wrist which required surgery and broken ankle. I am now in rehab stage and teaching on zoom (see video!) HOWEVER, the Hanover Centre where Ive run classes since 2008 want to give my Monday night slot to someone else because Ive not been using the space. If you want to keep it running book onto the next course starting Monday 9th March # # #

Hi Hoopers! Just an update. No hoop classes in person for next 6 weeks (at least) - I broke my wrist and ankle on christmas eve (how fun!). I am considering zoom classes with my one amazing hand.
