Starting Monday 13th Oct at The Old School Studio on Knoll Business Centre in Hove.

Come along and feel your chi, connect to your body, your breath, still your mind and move with presence.

Qigong - 6:30 to 7:30pm
Tai Chi - 7:30 to 8:30pm

10 week term for £90, or discounted rate of £160 for both classes.

We are starting new Tai Chi and Qigong classes in Central Brighton! We've secured the light and wonderful Loft at Little Dippers on Tuesday afternoons in the North Laines.

Qigong class will be 1pm to 2pm Tuesdays
Tai Chi class will be 2pm to 3pm Tuesday
New term starting 5th September 2023

Classes are run in 10-weeks terms, places subject to availability. It's £90 for the 10-week term, or take advantage of the discounted rate by doing both classes for £160.

Open to complete beginners and intermediates alike, and adults of all ages. Come along and feel your Chi!

We have confirmed a new Qigong and Tai Chi class in Hove, starting on Wednesday afternoons in September! We have a lovely room in the beautiful and fresh Revitalise Brighton & Hove. Qigong class from 1-2pm and Tai Chi from 2-3pm. Spaces limited, book yours today. Discounted rate if you do both classes.

Would you like to join a Tai Chi & Qigong class in Horsham on Thursday mornings starting in September?

I'm looking to see if there's enough interest to start our successful classes in Horsham at the beautiful Park Barn Hall by Horsham Park. It would be Qigong from 9-10am and Tai Chi from 10-11am on Thursday mornings. Please comment below if you'd be interested!

Also, if anyone knows of a venue we could use as a new place for our Hove and/or Shoreham class please let me know. The previous venues unfortunately have closed during Covid and we need to find new homes.
