DEBUT TONIGHT - 🔥 I’ve been putting it off too long!.. trying to get it 100% Perfect - but where’s the fun in THAT! I imagine it’ll go wrong and I’ll have to throw in some default zumba moves to cover it up… but still…

LETS DO IT!!!

It’s quite a funky mix up with a thumpy one at the end!.. can’t wait to dance it out with you later!

I know a new mega mix can be daunting so if anyone needs me to film it and send over I can! Or just jump straight in!!

See you on the floor! X

Zumba is the place where exercise becomes a place of freedom.. freedom to dance, freedom to be yourself and freedom to express the YOU inside!…

The main aim of a Zumba class is so much more than the music and movement! It’s community and connection too!

If this feels like something that’s lacking in your day to day routine then why not find out a local class and see if it’s a fit!

I do three classes a week so lots of opportunity to find a space in your schedule ! 6:30pm start for an hour mon-wed each week at Fairlight Primary school..

I try to make it very welcoming with a no pressure to perform ethos..

All welcome!

ZUMBA is designed to make you feel ALIVE! ⚡️ by getting you moving with joy and feeling in the moment!

The shift away from the warm summer can really throw you through a loop… hunting out a local zumba class, joining in and being part of the zumba team can really help blast away any low mood this causes!!

I’m back to doing three days a week of my class and it always warms my heart to be able to dance with you all each week…

The class is designed to be pressure free, just show up and have a lovely time dancing to great music with fun moves.. it’s that simple formula

If you like to give it a go the door is always open!

It’s on at 6:30pm and we meet at Fairlight Primary School off Lewes Road Brighton ..
