Peacehaven martial arts

We will be at the Woodingdean Community Association and Centre on Saturday 18th April for their open day, come along if you want to do a taster Tai Chi session!

Classes are still on over the Easter weekend so if you need a break from eating chocolate come along, all classes are beginner friendly.

Fancy trying Tai Chi? Classes on Fridays 9.30-10.30am and a second class (seated) from 10.30-11.30, held at the Woodingdean Community Centre. All welcome.

18 years ago today we started teaching as Peacehaven Martial Arts

Our lion dance team have been practising their moves in preparation for Chinese New Year. They have been learning all about the traditions and meanings behind the moves and the routine.

Looking forward to classes being back this week.
