Russell Martin Foundation has the following opportunities to be part of the Russell Martin Academy.

Goalkeeper Coach:
- Friday evening - Hove Park 3G
16:30-20:00
- Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to coaching qualification
- Previous experience delivering Goalkeeper sessions
- High Technical / playing ability to demonstrate

Academy Coach:
- Various sessions available; Monday-Friday
Location: Brighton and Hove, Mid Sussex & West Sussex
Evening sessions, variable times between 16:30-20:00
- Minimum FA Level 2 / UEFA C qualification
- Previous youth coaching experience

After School & Social Football Coach:
- Various after school club sessions available; Monday-Friday
Locations: Brighton and Hove, Mid Sussex & West Sussex
Afternoon sessions variable times between 14:30-16:30
- Saturday Soccer; Hove Park 3G
8:30-11:30
- Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to coaching qualification
- Desire to learn and passion for coaching

All RMA coaches must have an in date Enhanced DBS or be able to produce one once application accepted.
All RMA coaches must have FA Safeguarding Children & FA Emergency Aid certificates.

Pay negotiable on qualifications and experience.

We are recruiting a new Centre Manager at our Worthing Alternative Provision from September 2024.

If you are passionate about making a difference to young people and want to walk them through the challenges of life and the difficulties they face then you could be exactly what we are looking for!

To be successful in this role you will:
• Need to be confident and well organised.
• Have previous experience of working in an alternative provision setting, managing negative behaviours in children and young adults.
• Be passionate about improving educational experiences for our pupils.
• Have previous experience of running a department or centre as well as lead their team of staff.
• Be proactive, positive and solution focused demonstrating a passion for young people and have empathy for pupils.
• Must be confident delivering subjects to pupils
• Manage safeguarding relating to the cohort with the support of the Safeguarding Team.
• Maintain the current excellent relationships with partner schools and Local Authority.

Times 2.45-4.15 and 2.30-4.30
Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday
Rate of pay : £18 ph depending on experience / qualifications
Location : Brighton and hove

Essential attributes:
*Experience of working with Disability- SEN - Autism etc

*Experience of working with primary aged children.

*Experience delivering multi sports/ sensory circuits if needed.

*Must be able to adapt session plans to meet the children's needs.

*Must be patient and caring

Desirable
Able to drive ( or atleast be willing to travel through out Brighton and Hove )
