The ethos with LTPT has always and will always be to teach people to lift perfectly. That is my passion. And is what has allowed me to create a team of lifters that come into the gym and perform each exercise with spot on technique. With a PT or Coach you want someone who cares about you moving and performing as well as you can. That is my main goal and main responsibility. This then unlocks the potential for you to build and achieve anything you would like to strive towards in the gym, whether that’s a 100kg deadlift, or simply just knowing that when you’re in the gym you’re doing everything right.

After months of hard work I’m now EIQ certified!! This course is definitely the most valuable thing I’ve done for LTPT, it’s really pushed me further on my journey to being the coach I’ve always wanted to be; well educated, compassionate, and person based

Taking a step back from powerlifting
2 weeks ago I decided I wanted to take a little break from powerlifting. Mainly because it was becoming a stressor in my life instead of stress relief. And solely because I’d just made myself stressed about it, nothing was actually wrong 😂
Obviously it really is my favourite thing to do though so my and Joel have transitioned to a power building block instead, working on some aesthetics whilst also keeping focus on strength too, mainly just switching up the training style and changing pace to freshen it up and bring some fun back.
Thought it would be interesting to do some check ins as we go. Here is some photos before my first session of the block. Currently 2 weeks in and my whole body hurts ✌🏻 having so much fun again though

💪🏻 CLIENT PROGRESS 💪🏻
My amazing client Lucy’s progress from November to March 🥰
Lucy came from a gym class background, attending classes such as Pump, Spin and LBT.
She now does resistance training using the whole gym instead.
The focus of our training together (2x face to face sessions, 1x online coaching session) is to lose body fat and gain strength by being able to confidently train well in the gym.
Lucy’s similar to me in that she enjoys seeing the numbers that she’s lifting going up, and that’s been a huge factor in keeping motivation and enjoyment high. So far we’ve hit 10 assisted chin ups, 72.5kg deadlifts, 45kg squats, 67.5kg hip thrusts and 35kg bench whilst using nutrition (and increased activity) to lose body fat and gain shape and definition as well.
I’m so excited to watch you hit even more of your goals, you deserve every single one of them for working SO hard 🤍🤍

Going to 2 years strong working with Leah! Since then we’ve mastered everything in the gym and train to a very high standard, gained weight back to a healthy BMI and built a lot of muscle, gained a huge amount of strength, and reframed nutrition in a very positive and freeing way. I absolutely LOVE working with you so much x

3 year anniversary, 3 years since I made the biggest and best decision of my life to come and set up my business here. This place steered me onto the path I’m supposed to be on, working my dream job surrounded by best friends who are basically family. Endlessly grateful 💙 roll on another year
