▪️ Super Happy For This Consistent Handstand Hold Unlock For ▪️
▪️ Bonnie has been training with me at a frequency of 1-2 times a week depending on the month, for the past 4 months.
▪️Bonnie had no previous handstand training and was quite nervous about being inverted for the first time!
▪️ Spending just 10-15 minutes as a warm up every session with specific handstand drills. Allowed Bonnie to go from barely being able to kick up on a wall with confidence. To now being able to confidently kick up and hold a handstand 3 times in a row for a warm up!
▪️ This just shows you do NOT have to over complicate calisthenics. 1-2 specific drills as a warm up allowed to unlock her handstand!
▪️ Bonnie works full time, has kids and has other hobbies she wants to put time and energy into. 1-2 times a week was plenty to unlock bodyweight skills!
