Highly recommend Nelly at Quirkworx for all your branding and web needs! Love my website 🙏

Jo Reader is a counsellor, coach, and trainer. She helps women unlearn the generational trauma of body shame.

She does important, necessary work, and I have enormous respect for it. Building a visual language that matches the depth of that mission was a privilege.

Before we worked together, she didn’t have a strong brand. No guidelines. No rules to live by. Without consistency in her imagery, fonts, and colours, she was easy for a scrolling brain to overlook.

Consistency is what makes you recognisable. Without a distinct visual pattern, you become part of the industry wallpaper. You're forgettable.

I built a system for Jo that’s unmistakably hers. Bold, curvy typography. A palette of dark cyan and American gold. Hand-drawn body patterns that mirror the people she helps.

It is a distinct signal.

When someone is scrolling their feed and sees these shapes and colours, they know exactly who they are looking at. No guessing. No blending in.

You can’t create trust when there's no recognition. Now, Jo’s brand functions as a trust-signal before she even says a word.

This is what happens when you move away from generic resources. You stop being part of the industry pattern and start being the one people latch onto.
