Good morning everyone.
Laurence has been working hard on getting the green ready for the new outdoor season with help from the greenkeeping team. It's looking great. PaulD, Anna and Martyn have been busy painting the kitchen and locker room.
The membership fee this year is £120 for all those who wish to play in our matches.

Outdoor Bowling has finished until April 2025. The rink is now in maintenance mode with the help of volunteers from the club to get it ready for the new season.

We start our fortnightly Tuesday evening social bowls sessions tomorrow.

Come along from 6.30 till 8.30ish.

If you're already a member, there's no further charge.

If you're not a member, but would like to give it a go, come along and we'll only charge a fiver.

I’ve been watching videos on the basics of bowling technique.

This guy has done 4 videos on how to grip the bowl, the stance, the delivery motion and the bowl release.

There are loads of other bowlers out there on YouTube, but this guy at least stays on topic.
