Another great week of developing at AD GYM π
This week we launched our Couch to HYROX Run Club πββοΈπ₯
Weβve seen some huge PBs in our strength classes with hip thrusts, chest press and B-stance RDLs moving well πͺπΌ
Members are getting closer to their first pull-ups, and weβve welcomed more new faces into our 6 Week Foundation Programme. Goals have been set β now itβs time for the coaching, consistency and hard work to help them achieve them ππΌ
