Huge gains in Technique & Strength for Matt from our 6 week foundation programme πŸš€

Another great week of developing at AD GYM πŸ“ˆ

This week we launched our Couch to HYROX Run Club πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ”₯

We’ve seen some huge PBs in our strength classes with hip thrusts, chest press and B-stance RDLs moving well πŸ’ͺ🏼

Members are getting closer to their first pull-ups, and we’ve welcomed more new faces into our 6 Week Foundation Programme. Goals have been set β€” now it’s time for the coaching, consistency and hard work to help them achieve them πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ
