SW TKD Black Belt and Squad training details for this weekend, Saturday 1st August, open to all.
Black Belt training, open to red belts and above, 9:00-10:00am, £3.
Come and brush up on your techniques or learn the rest of that new pattern while achieving that important workout.
Squad training, 10:00- 11:30 £4.
Open to all students of all levels. Are you looking for fitness, improve your sparring or just to have fun?? Then this class is designed for you.

Last night’s Casino Night was such good fun — great vibes, plenty of laughs and amazing food. Huge shout‑out to Gareth Kenyon for the fantastic barbecue. We finished the evening with two presentations: celebrating Elliane’s brilliant performance at the European Championships in Slovenia, and presenting Cerys with her black belt certificate from the latest grading.
