Dr Hattie Smith from LIFE:ALIGNED Chiropractic will be joining us this Sunday 27th September to provide runner-specific assessment and treatment for Black Nore 10km race participants!

Hattie has a long-standing background supporting Ultra X events and endurance athletes, as well as being a keen runner herself, so she knows first-hand the demands that this incredible sport places on the body.

So if you’re running in this Sunday’s Black Nore 10km and fancy a professional check-over, Hattie will be on hand to assess how you’re moving and provide individualised hands-on care focused on running, recovery and performance.
