The BSA Dance course has officially taken its final bow, and The Finale gave it the send-off it deserved.

After six great years, the final cohort took to the stage alongside alumni, Performance Group, and other friends of BSA.

It wasn’t about perfection, it was about presence. These photos celebrate exactly that.

Thank you to everyone who has shaped BSA Dance over the years. You made it what it was — and you closed it in style.

See you on the dance floor somewhere!

Director’s Note – Final Dance Show

This show marks the end of an era. As the final performance of this course, it carries a different weight not just as a closing chapter, but as a reflection of everything that’s been built over time: the training, the creativity, the growth, and the community.

Dance is often about precision, discipline, and repetition but it’s also about risk, expression, and connection. These dancers have brought all of that to this stage. They’ve taken feedback, failed, improved, and kept showing up. That kind of persistence is what transforms movement into art.

Tonight’s show is not just a performance. It is a tribute. To resilience. To artistry. To community. It’s not perfect, and it’s not meant to be, it’s honest. It shows who these dancers have become, both as individuals and as a group.

Though this is the last official show, the impact of what’s happened here doesn’t end. The experiences, the challenges, and the small wins, they stay with us, shaping whatever comes next.

Thank you for being here to witness this moment. And thank you to everyone who has helped make this course and this final show, possible.
Thank you to all the artists that have been involved over the years - truly a training dance course very different to the rest. What you have given the young dancers has made such a huge impact with 32 out of 47 students now in professional training. I’d say that was pretty special. Our paths will cross again - Helen .td
