Ever stepped on the scale after doing everything right all week... only to see the number go UP? 😩

‘What the hell’ you say

‘I’ve been so good’ you say

Before you convince yourself you’ve gained body fat overnight, remember this 👇

Your body weight is influenced by FAR more than just fat.

A higher-salt meal, poor sleep, training soreness, stress, your menstrual cycle, travel, digestion, or simply holding more water can all cause temporary fluctuations on the scale.

That’s why I encourage my clients to focus on the trend over weeks, not individual weigh-ins.

One random spike doesn’t erase a week of consistency.

Keep showing up.

Keep following the plan.

Keep collecting data.

Fat loss isn’t about having a lower weigh-in every single morning.

It’s about staying consistent long enough for the overall trend to move in the right direction. 💪

Have you ever had the scale go up despite doing everything right? Drop a 🙋‍♀️ below.👇

That cookie wasn’t a lack of discipline.

It was me listening to what my body needed.

One thing I wish more women understood is that cravings before your period are completely normal.

Yea it’s annoying… but it’s so normal

Lemme validate you

During the luteal phase (the week or two before your period), your body is working harder and energy expenditure naturally increases.

For me it’s 5-7 days before

For many women, that can mean needing an extra 100-300 calories per day ( I know it can feel like you want ALOT more than that, I’m with you 🥵💁‍♀️)

Yet so many women try to white-knuckle their way through cravings, only to end up feeling guilty when they eventually cave.

The goal isn’t perfection…never perfection

The goal is having a plan.

A cookie, some chocolate or an extra snack DOESN’T ruin your progress.

What usually hurts progress is the guilt, restriction and “start again Monday” cycle that follows.

Work with your body, not against it 🙌

Your body isn’t sabotaging you, it’s normal

Have you noticed your appetite increase before your period? 👇

For years, food was Erin’s coping mechanism.

Now it isn’t 👇

14st 2lbs ➡️ 11st 4lbs

When Erin first joined, stress snacking was her biggest challenge.

Not because she lacked discipline.

But because food had become her switch-off after long, stressful days.

Chocolate = comfort blanket 🍫

Stressful week = “I’ll start again Monday.”

She wasn’t eating because she was hungry.

She was eating because she was stressed and looking for a way to cope.

And after years, she’d started to believe that was just who she was.

But the truth?

She wasn’t lacking willpower.

It wasn’t because she “didn’t want it badly enough.”

Food had simply become her way of coping

So instead of trying to be “good” all week or relying on more willpower...

We helped her build a different response to stress.

We shifted from

“I’ve blown it now...”

To:

“I’m allowed flexibility without throwing the whole week away.”

The goal was to stop food being the answer every time stress showed up.

Little by little, food stopped being the thing she turned to whenever life felt overwhelming.

Fast forward to now

🙌 Over 40lbs lost

🙌 26.5cm off her waist

🙌 No Monday restarts

🙌 No longer feeling out of control around food

Her size 20 jeans have been replaced with a size 10.

But the biggest win?

Food is no longer the thing she turns to whenever life gets stressful.

“I actually feel like a normal 23-year-old now... not hiding myself away in oversized clothing 🤣”

That’s what real progress looks like.

Not cutting chocolate out of your life or relying on motivation..

Not avoiding stress…(who can do that?!)

Learning how to handle stressful periods without automatically turning to food.

I’m looking for 4 women who are tired of using food as their coping mechanism.

Women who know exactly what they should be doing...

But still find themselves standing in the kitchen after a stressful day wondering why they can’t stop.

If that’s you, message me “YES” & I’ll walk you through how it works 👊

Protein-packed banana pancakes with yogurt, blueberries and maple syrup - who’s making these today?! 🥞🍌🫐

62g protein for 4 pancakes
688 cals a portion

Ingredients:

• 1 banana
• 4 egg whites
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 60g oats
• Splash of water
• 40g Dark chocolate chips (optional)
• Coconut oil for frying

Topping:

• 2 tablespoons of fat free Greek yogurt
• Frozen blueberries (1 big handful)
• Splash Maple syrup
Recipe:

1. Gently bring to the boil the frozen blueberries with a dash of maple syrup and water

2. Cook until they turn thick

3. Leave on the side to cool whilst you make the pancake batter

4. Whiz 1 banana, 4 egg whites, 1 scoop protein powder, 60g oats in a blender until smooth.

(Add choc chips if you want to, though the recipe doesn’t need them)

5. Gently heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan (more if your pan sticks)

6. Start frying one pancake at a time - they’re ready to turn when bubbles appear in the middle of them!

7. Serve stacked on top of each other, add the greek yogurt, then blueberries and finally the maple syrup!

You could even add a cheeky bit of peanut butter to the top if you wanted 😋

Enjoy! 🥞

What I eat in a day 😇

Not dieting at the moment, just filling my body up with lots of healthy fats, proteins and carbs for my running & weight training sessions 🪽

‘Last year I nearly had to ask for a seatbelt extender…’

That was the message Kayleigh sent me while heading off on holiday 🥺🙌

And honestly…

That moment means more than any number on the scales ever could.

Because when Kayleigh first reached out to me, this was her goal👇

“I want to lose weight, stick to an at-home workout plan and feel like my old self again.”

She told me

• the food noise felt overwhelming
• motivation had disappeared
• life had gone downhill a bit
• she just wanted to feel comfortable and confident again

At the time, even getting started again felt difficult.

Fast forward to now…

➡️ Over 2 stone down (28lbs+)
➡️ At her lowest weight since 2022🥵
➡️ Feeling confident enough to get on a plane without worrying about the seatbelt 👏

And she’s done it without👇

❌ turning down plans
❌ cutting out all her favourite carbs
❌ following a “perfect” plan

Instead we focused on👇

✅ 3 short home workouts each week
✅ Building routines around HER life
✅ Reducing overwhelm so she relied on food less to ease stress
✅ Creating consistency she could actually stick to

Because sustainable results come from building something REALISTIC .

Not from going all-in for 2 weeks then burning out😳

The best part?

She feels like herself again.

Proud of you Kayleigh! 🙏

If you’re someone who 👇

• struggles to keep motivated after 2 weeks
• feels overwhelmed knowing where to start with food/fat loss😭
• wants to lose weight WITHOUT the gym
• just wants to feel comfortable and confident again

Drop me a DM with “RESULTS” and let’s chat 👊
