What an incredible day at Taff Love Festival! 💛

We had the best time at the very first Taff Love Festival, and what a fantastic event it was! From amazing live performances and brilliant local stalls to family fun and a wonderful community atmosphere, there was something for everyone.

We were proud to be invited to deliver our Capoeira, Maculelê and Zumba workshops. It was amazing to see so many people joining in, learning new skills, moving their bodies and sharing so many smiles throughout the day.

A huge thank you to the organisers for inviting us to be part of such a special event. Congratulations on a brilliant first festival - we're already looking forward to the next one!

This weekend, Move Free CIC is proud to be part of two fantastic community events, bringing movement, culture and fun to our communities.

To make sport and physical activity affordable, accessible and inclusive for everyone.

🎉 Taff's Love Festival
🕙 10:00 AM – Zumba to get everyone moving!
🥁 Followed by a Makulelê Workshop – come and have a go at this exciting Brazilian dance with sticks.
🤸‍♂️ Capoeira Performance in the afternoon.

We'll be around the festival all day, so if you see us, come and say hello!

💃 1 hour of Zumba
🥁 Makulelê (Brazilian stick dance)
☕ Tea, coffee and time to socialise afterwards.

Every penny raised will help support our young Capoeira students with the costs of their upcoming grading, helping families and ensuring every child has the opportunity to continue their journey.

And don't forget... our weekly Capoeira and Zumba classes are open to everyone! Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, meet new people or simply have fun, we'd love to welcome you.
