This week our U12 girls travelled to Weston for their final fixture of the season and what a game it was!
Every single player gave 100% from start to finish, really showing how far this team has come and what these girls are made of. 💚

Our Player of the Week goes to superstar Rosie! ⚽💫 Not only did she add another 5 goals to her incredible tally, but she played with outstanding positivity, determination, and confidence throughout the game. Once Rosie got on the ball, there was simply no stopping her!

And finally… Donkey of the Day goes to Harper for turning up with her hair styled like the Teletubbies’ Noo-Noo 😂💚

This week our U12 Girls came up against Backwell, who are fighting for promotion 💪⚽

The girls put in a real shift today, especially in the second half where we were probably the better side. Unfortunately we just couldn’t find a way past the keeper, and right near the end a slight miscommunication at the back allowed Backwell to sneak one in and take the win.

POTW goes to Harper! 💚
Week after week this girl gives 100%. She never stops running and covers every blade of grass for her team. Always willing to work hard wherever the team needs her. Well done Harper 👏⚽

This evening our U12 girls came out for a midweek fixture against Boko.
We had a couple of girls not feeling 100% so a big shout out to them for still turning up for the team.
Unfortunately the girls started very slow, not communicating and not seeming to get hold of the ball which is unusual for them and we conceded early on. At half time we had a conversation about the standard of football these girls can play and what we needed to see in the second half.
The girls really woke up in the second half and made Boko have to work hard to keep the lead. Unfortunately despise this we just wasn’t able to equalise and took a narrow 1-0 loss.

POTM tonight goes to Roshini!
Roshini was Fantastic at the back, Winning important challenges and clearing every ball that came her way. Very well done Roshini UTM 💚

With the U13s wrapping up their season last weekend, they now take a well-earned break after a brilliant campaign 👏

Double header on the road for our U10 girls this weekend as they faced Bristol Ladies Union 💚🤍
After the original fixture was postponed earlier in the season due to heavy rain, this time the sun was shining, and the girls made the most of it ☀️⚽️
With the first two quarters counting as the reverse home fixture and the second two as the away game, it was a full-on afternoon of football. Just like in the cup a few weeks back, both sides went toe-to-toe in a brilliant end-to-end contest, full of energy, effort and great moments 👏
A special shoutout to Chloe, who was named Player of the Match for a top performance in goal 🧤🔥
We go again this Sunday with our penultimate home game of the season as we welcome St Nicks 🙌

Today our U12 girls met Longwell green at home for the first time.
Our girls performed with yet another fantastic performance with everyone giving 100% and taking on board what we spoke about before the game and at half time.
Well done to Rosie with a very clever goal in the first half and Layla finishing a fantastic ball through from Amelie. Giving us a comfortable 2-0 win!

Amelie is an absolute asset to our team, And week after week creates magic on the pitch,
with her fantastic footwork and perfect passes to create goal scoring opportunities.
