CLIENT COMMENDATIONS 🎖 🏆 🎖
Who said you can’t be fit in your 70’s?!?
Well done to my client Jay who has not only improved her upper body strength, but has used our sessions to channel her stresses of life, and put it to good use.
Not one… not ten… but 20 press-ups on her toes, into weighted Goblet Squats for 45 secs. Was simple, but such an achievement for both of us!

Happy Good Friday all! 🐣 🥚 🐣
Remember - eat ALL the chocolate 🍫 you get given. Don’t worry about sharing it. Enjoy it. Just remember when Monday comes along it’s a new week, and new opportunity to smash your fitness and well-being goals.
