5 of the 25 founding places in The Living Room are now taken. We kick off on Monday.
There’s a particular kind of tiredness that doesn’t show up on the outside.
Life is functioning. Work is moving. From the outside, it all looks fine. Yet internally, something feels slightly off, like it's not quite yours.
I’ve opened a small private coaching space called The Living Room for exactly that.
It’s live, unrecorded, structured, and intentionally small. A place to reduce mental noise, reconnect with your own judgement and move forward with greater clarity and self-leadership.
We begin on Monday, and 5 of the founding spots have been filled. Will you be there?
If this resonates, quietly or otherwise, send us a message and we’ll send you the details.

January gets all the attention.
February does the real work.
Leadership is built in the days that don’t feel new Anymore.
Progress over perfection. Always.

Leadership today often feels like it’s about having the answers.
Being decisive. Moving fast. Staying certain.
But curiosity is what keeps leaders growing. It helps teams feel heard, opens the door to better conversations, and leads to stronger decisions over time.
When leaders stop asking questions, learning quietly slows down. And most of the time, no one notices until progress does too.
So here’s something worth thinking about:
What might change if you chose curiosity before certainty this week?

People often say are hard to lead. From my experience, they’re not. They want clarity, feedback, and respect. They’re keen to learn and do well.
isn’t about making them fit old models. It’s about adapting.
So here’s the question: do you want to succeed at leading Gen Z?

AI is getting faster. Smarter. More confident in its answers.
Which is exactly why leadership matters more.
In her talk, Anna Schulz reminds us that as AI takes over optimisation, leadership stops being about having the best answer. It becomes about how you lead when certainty is gone.
At Motivate Coaching, we work with two evidence-based frameworks: Do it your way and Hold it lightly.
Choose a direction. Act with intent. But don’t cling so tightly that you stop seeing what’s changed.
AI can inform decisions. It can’t carry judgment.
That part is still human.

Being right can feel reassuring.
Being responsive is what actually matters.
is the willingness to update decisions as reality changes.

This chart says something simple. Teams aren’t asking for superheroes. They’re asking for leaders who communicate well, stay steady under pressure, share ownership, and build trust. When these qualities show up consistently, performance follows without needing big speeches about leadership.

Ever notice how feeling out of place often shows up right before things move forward? That discomfort is usually a sign you’re growing. If you’re in that phase right now, stay with it 'cause most breakthroughs start quietly.
