SHIATSU
Shiatsu is an incredibly calming and restorative Japanese therapy that works along the body’s meridian pathways to support energetic balance, relieve pain, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing. The treatment is fully clothed, and gentle pressure is used combined with stretches and joint mobilisations to support the flow of Ki (energy) in the body.

ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE

This multi-layered treatment incorporates deep tissue and Swedish massage with gentle stimulation of the Acupressure points, stretches, and joint-mobilisation techniques. This is a thorough and holistic treatment that begins with a detailed discussion of your individual needs and expectations for the session. Acupressure massage is a treatment for the mind as much as the physical body, and you can expect to leave feeling expertly cared for, relaxed and renewed.

And we want to take a moment to acknowledge everyone who shows up day in, day out — for someone else.

Caring can be a constant juggling act, often without a moment’s rest, and an isolating role in ways that aren’t always visible to others.

If that’s you, we’d love to welcome you to the studio.

This week (8—14 June), we’re offering any carer a completely free class — an hour on the mat that’s entirely yours.

Don’t let not feeling “good enough” stop you from showing up.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or fit a certain mould to come to a class. Bloom is an inclusive and welcoming space where you show up exactly as you are — no comparison, judgment, or performance.

We’re here for the way movement makes you feel, for celebrating what your body CAN do rather than fixating on what it can’t.

We have a wide range of classes from restorative and slow flow to dynamic and playful — it’s a little like being a kid again, learning new things and moving just because it feels good.
