Tonight!
It’s time for our weekly Hills and Pils, this time with added sun ☀️ ☀️☀️☀️ If you have been wavering about coming, it might be time.
6.30pm at the disco ball in Millenium Square for the briefing, but please do get there earlier rather than later.
As ever, please bring:
- a helmet
- lights (it might be light at the start but don’t let that fool you)
- brakes
- water
- the route, if you have a computer
- vibes
We set off in groups of six-ish in vague pace levels, and encourage people to go as hard as they want on the climbs, but we always wait at the top. If you fancy doing our (slightly less hilly, slightly) intro route, please drop a message in our group chat and I’m sure someone else will be keen!
It’s a social ride, remember folks. If you want to break the course record, do it in your own time. We do not condone w***y waving or the dropping of people. Speed is not an excuse.
See you later for the ride and then a coldddd beer at the LHG Brewpub afterwards 😍
Do DM us if you have any questions or want to join the WhatsApp group, or want the route!

The news this past week has been pretty s**t, so we are here to irritate - Our community is for everyone!
We were started by and for people who didn’t feel at home in normal cycle clubs, and we will continue to stand with and welcome those who need that space. This sport already has too many barriers, gatekeepers, or stupid ‘unwritten rules’.
We are here to hang out, ride bikes, and make friends. Discrimination and exclusion because of someone’s gender has no place in our club - or society as a whole.
However you identify you are always welcome here.
Big love
NPCC
