Hey everyone!

So it's Mental Health Awareness Week and as such I wanted to do something nice for everyone to give their brains a treat. So..

Tomorrow I'll be holding a LIVE 20min HIIT session aimed at absolutely all abilities (If you can walk on the spot then you can take part!) followed by 10mins guided mindfulness. (If you're unfamiliar with the term Mindfulness, it basically means you lying down and relaxing while I try and pull your mind away from your racing thoughts!

I love these sessions myself and I have held them with large groups of 15-16 year olds, which are about as tough of a crowd as you'll get for things like this and they loved it. Some of them even managed to nod off!

🚨 RED SESSION 13🚨

2 floors of fun!

Climb the stairs with Bear Bounds and Butterfly Sit Ups, take a steady stroll across the landing as you complete your burpees and then back down you go!

It'll be over before you know it! 👀

Obviously this is for time!

*one bear bound will roughly equate to 1m 🤙🏻

🍊 ORANGE SESSION 13🍊

The Seesaw! What goes up, must come down!

This could have been called The Trump because it's Orange, simple and ugly!

As your burpees come down, your butterflies go up!

Get through AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! Nice belly brace on the burpees, no back sag please people!

Whilst we've set this as a challenge it's important to reitterate that you should never sacrifice form for speed. Also, if you can't string 10 Press Ups together, you should probably be looking at straight arm burpees here!
