NEW CLASS 💪
I’m really glad to now have an evening option for kettlebells 🙌
Not everyone fancies an early Saturday start (fair enough 😅), so this gives you a chance to still get involved without the early alarm.
🗓 Tuesdays 7pm (from 21st April)
📍 King George V Pavilion
This is a whole-body Kettlebells Plus class – building strength, fitness, and confidence in a really supportive environment.
And if you do love your Saturday sessions…
👉 the Tuesday class will be different, so you can absolutely do both without getting bored.
🎟 5-class credits – £35
(only used when you attend)
If you’ve been thinking about starting, or getting back into something, this is a lovely place to begin 💛

A little update on BackAbility… and Bess 💛
I’ve made the decision to pause this round as I didn’t quite have the numbers to run it in the way I’d want to — supportive, personal, and really valuable for everyone.
Of course I’m a bit disappointed, but I know it’s something I’ll come back to when the time is right.
It’s been a bit of a steadier week here in general, and I’ve been very grateful for Bess settling in and calming down after her first season! It’s been a bit of a crazy few weeks.
Thank you so much to those who showed interest and support — it really does mean a lot.
For now, I’m still here helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence with their bodies — and I do have some availability for 1:1 back care sessions if you’d like a bit of support.
And if your back has been a bit “niggly” lately… I’ve got you 💛
These are the 3 things I hear all the time:
1️⃣ “I don’t want to make it worse”
2️⃣ “I don’t know what’s safe”
3️⃣ “I’m not fit enough to start”
And honestly — they all make complete sense.
But here’s what I want you to know:
You don’t need to have any of that figured out before you begin.
You just need the right starting point.
✔️ Something that meets you where you are
✔️ Helps you feel safe moving
✔️ Builds confidence gradually
That’s exactly what I focus on.
💬 Which one feels most like you? Comment 1, 2 or 3 — I’ll reply.
(Not bad… but not right?)
If your back isn’t awful…
but it’s not quite right either…
that’s often the point where people do nothing.
Because it doesn’t feel serious enough to act on
but it’s enough to make you hesitate.
So you start avoiding things.
Moving a bit less.
Second guessing what’s safe.
And over time, your confidence drops.
This is exactly the stage where the right kind of movement can make a real difference.
Not intense.
Not overwhelming.
Just simple, supported steps forward.
If this sounds like you, you’re not the only one.
💬 Message me “BACK” and I’ll send you the details of what I’ve got starting soon.

Back pain has a way of quietly making you feel restricted
You start avoiding things…
second guessing movement…
wondering what’s going to flare it up next.
And over time, life gets a little smaller.
It doesn’t have to stay that way.
BackAbility is a small, supportive group designed to help you:
• build strength safely
• move with more confidence
• feel more in control of your body again
No pressure. No pushing through pain.
Just a clear, supported way forward.
