Bristol & West started the season with their fave result - a draw 🤩

Another great game against AEK Boco Reserves saw the Bristol & Best girls keep taking the lead, but sadly couldn’t hold on to it, leading to a 4-4 draw. Loads of great play and lots to keep building on as the season progresses 💙

Goals: Becky Billing-Deehan⚽️ ⚽️ ⚽️, Sarah Rouse ⚽️

GOTG: Had to be our hatrick hero Becky, who was relentless and composed in front of goal all game 💙

TITH: No contenders so it rolls on to next week 🧢

After a weekend off we’re back in league action away to local rivals Olveston 🔥

25/08/2026

A big opening game sees the Bristol & Best girls put on a brilliant team performance, but bow out of the FA Cup on penalties 💙

It was a game to be proud of as B&W kept pace with a young, fast Ross Juniors Women FC throughout. Both teams struggled to take a winner, each hitting the post and the crossbar in the second half.

Ultimately though Ross Juniors went through on penalties. We wish them all the best for their season and cup run 🏆 💙

Goals: Caroline Hughes⚽️, Becky Billing-Deehan⚽️
GOTG: Dedicated to the whole team for a strong group performance 🔥
TITH: No obvious winners this week, all to play for next time 🧢

Attention turns to the league, with a few weeks free now to train and continue settling in our fabulous new players 😍

If you’re looking for a friendly in September, drop us a DM! ✉️
