Fresh Dance & Arts Centre Based in the heart of Greenbank, Bristol, we bring to you a beautiful, light & airy dance studio, and also a treatment room. Please enquire.

Our diverse studio is also available to hire for classes & many occasions such as kids parties, life art drawing, hen parties, baby showers, small business / networking events, plus more. We offer children's birthday party packages, including bouncy castle hire. We have amazing Hen party / adult celebration packages. Our treatment room currently has Practitioner's offering a wide range of treatments from massages to aesthetics. It is also available for hire on a hourly & daily basis.

Although while doing this we have a whole new responsibility for a precious little life & it becomes the most significant & privileged responsibility we could ask for 💕☺️ So getting back to business takes time & flexibility to adapt 🙌🏼

One thing that takes time is our bodies & hormones - taking up to 2 years to feel a sense of normality for some women, so join my class and take it at your own pace. Get a small spring back in your step with that precious new love of yours leaning against the sound of your heartbeat 💓

Exercise to hip hop, dancehall and UK Garage. Each class is a variety of steps, dumbbells and resistance bands, working the whole body.

Classes are Wednesdays 7-8pm

I am on the hunt for Bristol Mama's to come join my Mother & Baby Fitness / Dance class 😊

My Mama Moves is a unique class in which you place your baby in a sling while doing a workout/dance class. It provides an opportunity for some bonding time for Mama & Baby as well as providing a new space for Mothers to bond together 🥰🥰

Class will be £8 per class or £6 per class if you pay for 6 classes up front....giving you a saving of £12 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Class starts on Thursday 2nd July @ 11:30am at Fresh Dance & Arts Centre in Greenbank Bristol.
