Introducing and welcoming and to Team Machine HQ.
Claire approached me to help her and her sisters, Sam and Tash to lose weight, tone up, become fitter and stronger in body and mind 🧠
Sam regularly attends exercise classes so is used to being in a gym environment. But, all three ladies wanted to be pushed out of their comfort zones, encouraged and motivated.
The goal ….. to be the best version of themselves in readiness for Tash’s wedding in April 💒 and a big family holiday in the summer 🚢
These girls are already showing full commitment and determination. I’m excited to see how far we can go with their health and fitness goals and honoured to be a part of their fitness journey 😊

This is how I compare staying in your comfort zone…. it’s like being stuck behind a slow driver in the fast lane while your sat in your top of the range luxury sports car 🚙
Road rage kicks in …. Get out the way …. move over 🔈
When you stay in the fast lane and you come into contact with a car that's going a lot slower than you …
1. Do you wait for it?
2. Do you move and drive along side it?
3. Do you flash & beep it to move out of your way?
I would be doing number 3 and I suspect many of you would be.
So why are you not doing that with your exercise, diet or just life in general?
It's very easy to remain within your comfort zone and not push yourself to progress.
Learning how to get out of your comfort zone takes willpower and a change in mindset. The more you step out the easier it becomes.
Here are five ways to get out of your comfort zone:
1 Do one thing you’ve always wanted to
2 Take on a fitness challenge
3 Change up your routine
4 Expand your professional skillset
5 Choose a fear, and face it
6 Travel somewhere new
Leaving your comfort zone will feel uncomfortable and intimidating at first.
Find what motivates you and challenge yourself one step at a time. Try to have fun with it and celebrate each win 🥇
You can achieve anything you set your mind to 🧠
