30min to 1h Amrap to hit all the right muscles, keeping you:

● Happy
• Ski erg 500m
• Sledge push 20m (bodyweight or more)
• Broad jump burpee 20m
• Clean & Press 10
• BB roll out 10
• Biceps DB Curl 10
As many rounds as possible (Ideally 2-3 minutes rest between)
Make sure to stretch after!

Hello PEOPLE OF BRISTOL COMMUNITY!
Today I'm celebrating 13 years in the UK & the 4th year anniversary of JustPump Personal training!
Ever since I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I've been totally committed to helping the people of Bristol achieve a happy and healthy life.
It's so common that people struggle with time, structure, and motivation.
And I want to help.
To celebrate the anniversary I wanted to do something EPIC and do a giveaway for you lovely people.
My Goal Aim Is:
I want to help 10 adults achieve consistency with training so that they can go on to seeing the effects of losing weight and building muscle.
I want to educate you about self-care without stressing out.
And show you how to schedule workouts, meals and rest so it doesn't feel like a chore.
So, I invite you down to The gym group Avonmeads for a free 90-minute Personal Training session.
(don’t worry, we won’t be working out for the whole time!)
What’s the catch? There is no catch.
I'm simply trying to promote awareness of my business in the local area by doing something for free for the community, and if it's good, I hope you'll offer a review and perhaps tell your friends and family about me!
