On Tuesday, 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐨𝐠𝐬 will host the 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐔𝐊 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 as the next step in an exciting partnership focused on coach development.

The true value of this visit lies in the support being provided to our coaching team. By sharing specialist goalie coaching knowledge and expertise, the IHUK Foundation is helping Snowdogs build the capability to deliver an even stronger development pathway for Bristol-based netminders.

This ongoing collaboration is about creating a lasting legacy of goalie development in our club and ensuring local players have access to the support they need to reach their potential.

A hockey club doesn’t run on ice alone — it runs on the energy, time, and support of volunteers. (& Coffee)

As we get ready for the upcoming season, we’re looking for parents, guardians, family members, and supporters who can help around the club in all sorts of ways — on game days, at training sessions, behind the scenes, and around the rink.

Well Done Alyssa (and Nina from Puppies) on winning their tournament in France - these girls have been well travelled over the summer.

They were invited to play for shd global in France u14s, team made up of girls from England x3 alyssa, nina, Evelyn (from GB Ball Hockey) Bulgaria, Denmark, Austria, France and various countries, playing against northern sumit ( Canadian selects) ,

After what has felt like a very long overtime period, we're nearly ready to drop the puck on a new season!

⛸️ Training resumes on Monday 11th August – so it's time to locate those skates, find the hockey bag that's been hiding in the garage, and check that your player hasn't somehow outgrown every piece of equipment over the summer.

📋 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁.

That means before your budding Connor McDavid, Marie-Philip Poulin, or future Bristol Snowdog superstar hits the ice, we'll need to make sure registrations are completed and up to date.

🚨 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁:

✅ Wash kit (optional but appreciated by teammates!)

✅ Prepare for parent gatherings and rink-side coffee consumption

Last weekend the u12 attended Chelmsford's Marconi Cup. The players hadn't trained together for while but it didn't take them long to get find their feet again.

The first two games were tough, but an early goal in game 3 helped them find their fighting spirit taking home their first win.

They battled hard all weekend in their final games together as a team before some move up next season.
