Tough day at the office yesterday against Bristol Thunder Korfball Club - nonetheless, two cracking performances in the face of illness, injury and a greenhouse of a sports hall! Immensely proud of everyone's development over the season, with all 3 of our teams on course for excellent placings in their new leagues!

A huge win for the 2s with a well deserved result against Bristol Thunder Korfball Club 5s; swift revenge for the 1s loss at the hands of unbeaten Thunder 2 yesterday. So many highlights from the weekend - cookies, heroes playing for both team, cookies, WRL debuts for Ali & Nick, cookies, 2s debuts for Emily & Jam, and cookies! On to next weekend!

A fabulous Valentine's day of korf! Both the 1s and 2s showcased just how much they've improved over the season in super competitive matches. The 1s came away with an excellent win against Cardiff Raptors Korfball Club 2s, avenging the draw in 2025, whilst the 2s pushed University of Bristol Korfball 1s all the way in a goal-for-goal thriller, coming off just on the wrong side of the scoreboard, but putting in an epic performance!

13 - unlucky for some... But not for our 3s! Well done to the team, who smashed it against University of Bristol Korfball yesterday. A great spread of goals, assists and fun! Thanks Uni for a fab game, and extra well done to our MVPs Sarah & Jam!

Unfortunate match cancellations for the 2s & 3s meant the 1s had to score enough for everyone today - triple the goals of last weekend in a cracking win against Newport Centurions Korfball Club! Big shout out to all of our girls this week, notching a whopping 23 of our goals. Also well played to Newport, who gave us a super fun match - and well done to all of our 2s and 3s who stayed on to play a spirited friendly afterwards!

Two huge wins to kick of the second half of our SWKA Korfball campaign, with the 2s edging out their match before a goalscoring bonanza for the 3s. Massive well done to everyone who played, and thanks Exeter Uni for two super fun matches!

Looking forward to getting back to it tomorrow with home games for our 2s and 3s against Exeter Uni! As the second half of our season fast approaches, we've been looking back on an exceptional 2025 for our 3 teams, who are all pushing for top half finishes in their new leagues. Here's to an epic korf-filled new year!

Huge well done to all 3 of our teams who rounded out their 2025 with fab games against Cardiff City Korfball Club and University of Bristol Korfball. 2 wins and a loss, leaving us 4th in the Regional League, 5th in SWKA Korfball Div 1, and 3rd in Div 2. What a fantastic season so far for our teams, all in new leagues! Shout outs today to SuperHan (yes that's an official title) for playing matches in 2 countries on the same day, Heidi for a triumphant 1st team return and all of our very deserving MVPs! See you in 2026, Merry Korfmas!

Phew, what a weekend! Three exceptionally tight matches against Exeter City Korfball Club, with the 1s edging out a win to take them 4th in the Regional League, and the 2s & 3s just coming out on the wrong side of their results. So many heroes this weekend, but special shout outs to Nils & Hannah for their 1st team debuts (including a match winning goal from Hannah!), and Gil for soldiering through (and top scoring in) the 3s game with a one and a half lungs! One more round of matches before the Christmas break - stay tuned this week for photos from a very festive Korfmas on Saturday night!

Just the one match this weekend, with the 3s battling but beaten by Bath Uni - their first defeat of the season despite a superb physical effort! Looking to bounce back next week with a trip to Exeter!
