We are a team of traditional wooden shipwrights with over 70 years of collective experience building, repairing and restoring boats.

We are dedicated to the refitting, restoration and building of sailing and motor vessels. We specialise in wood and also repair refit GRP and steel. Our mission is to satisfy the clients needs. We can collect your vessel, bring it to our yard, carry out all work to your exact requirements and deliver it to you, ready for the season ahead. Whatever the requirements, we will make it happen. Very successful test launch for Penguin the dragon international we’ve done an extensive refit on. She hasn’t been in the water for 20 years plus and to our delight was dry as a bone.
Looking very different to last time she was she was in the marina 16 months ago.

Pegasus, built by Bristol classic boat co. (Rolt’s boatyard) has returned to Bristol for the first time since she was built back in 2008. She’s in for some little repairs before she starts her new life in Camaret as the towns vessel for charter and sail training. We are so excited to see her back

After extensive work Bounty (built by the Cornish boat builder Percy Mitchell) has returned to the water.
Our newly qualified apprentice, Max, was part of all the work which included a new wheelhouse and coach roof, a new engine and installation, caulking, new cable steering, and various other jobs to get Bounty seaworthy once more
