These results don't lie, this lady came to me wanting to lose body fat and tone, and she has done amazing, building muscle whilst burning fat and has become stronger and leaner.
She struggled to lose by doing endless amounts of cardio, but now combining a program consisting of resistance training with less cardio than she used to do and a realistic nutrition plan to follow that fits in with her lifestyle, she has achieved great results 👏💕

Never be afraid to be yourself ❤️💫
There’s one thing I’ve learnt throughout this lockdown, is never be afraid to be myself.
I’ve spent years worrying about posting content on social media, putting content together & never posting it, worrying about what others will think of my posts, fear of acceptance, doubting myself, feeling I’m not good enough & comparing myself to other more successful influencers.
Really it doesn’t matter how many likes certain posts get, not having thousands of followers; you won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, not everyone will agree with your opinions & the way you do things, but that’s ok.
I’ve asked myself how can I grow & flourish if I’m afraid to be myself?
Just Be You! We need to learn to let go of insecurities & the insignificant things that can bring us down, believe in ourselves, support each other, surround ourselves with positive, likeminded people & turn every negative into a positive ❤️💫

Progress pics definitely are key!
Not as lean as I have been but concentrating on growing first 🍑
I have enjoyed eating in a gradual surplus but not going overboard and putting on too much body fat in the process.
Do you need to eat in a surplus to gain muscle? Yes ideally, but that doesn’t mean stuffing your face; eating good quality, healthy food but just more of it, and increasing it gradually too.
Eating enough is also key; if you don’t eat enough, and of the correct foods, with the right amount of protein, fats and carbs for your goals, your body will lack energy, lack strength, loss muscle mass and you will put your body under too much stress.
Yes I will eat in a deficit too when my main goal is to lose body fat, but again eating enough to fuel my body, diets that are super low in calories, like juicing diets etc are just not good for you.
The correct nutrition is key to building a healthy strong body 💪🏻
