Another cracking day today for a bike ride and, although it felt tough after 5 weeks off the bike due to work and family commitments, it was well worth it 😁👍😎

The company of a few good mates always helps too - especially when you're not at your best 👍👍👍

So do as I say, not as I do folks - and KEEP PEDALLING! 😜🤣👍

What a fantastic day for a bike ride! 😎😎

Got to make the most of what's left of the Summer, and today's conditions were just PERFECT for that 😁👍

And made even better by the company of a group of good friends - the best way to go 😁

So keep pedalling for as long as you can folks - and don't forget that we've still got our Great Exmoor Ride challenge on Sunday 6th Sept if you fancy one more BIG challenge! 💪🦵

Any & all fundraising for Prostate Cancer UK on our GER challenge most definitely WILL be hard-earned!

You don't have to travel to Scotland to show your support for Sir Chris Hoy and Prostate Cancer UK at this year's Tour de 4 on Sunday 6th September - you can do it right here in the West Country with us instead! 😁👍👇
