Kicking off their season sees our Women's team face a combined Oxford and Phoenix squad, possibly the only team in the UK with two x's in it!

A home fixture that brings excitement and numbers, the ladies' are fired up and up for the win. See you there?

To welcome in the new season our M1's team hosted Nuneaton Lacrosse Club in our annual preseason friendly in a game described as: "a lacrosse match".

Feisty, rusty, and a good humoured game saw Jack win MOTD for a fine first appearance for the Bombers! And then Im got himself DOTD for moaning about being sent of for supposedly not hitting someone in the back, when everyone within a 10 mile radius saw he had, in fact, hit the opposition in the back.

A week later saw our M2's take on whatever students had arrived back from wherever mama and papa had purchased their chateau's. Clearly they had goals and sticks in the vineyards because they ran away with the win! (Invite us next year?)

An unruly bunch made an entertaining game if you were playing, with Stansbury MOTD for some lovely goals (aww) and Nick S gets DOTD for a case of mistaken identity (oh dear... redacted from the Jedi files).

The new season kicks of this weekend, so smell ya later.

💣 BRISTOL BOMBERS AT NKI! 💣

No Bristol Bombers fixtures this weekend — but plenty of Bombers attended the Nick Kehoe International! 🥍

South Development Squad: Eric, Hayden, Stevo, Will & Stansbury
They had a tough start on Saturday, but a huge turnaround on Sunday — finishing by winning the Development Cup with a 4–3 win! 💥

💣Special shoutout to Eric for picking up MVP for his outstanding saves!

South Senior Squad: Mark, Josh & Tav
They had a strong weekend with 4 wins from 5 on Saturday, holding eventual winners North West to 6–4. Finished 4th overall (out of 12) — the best result for South Senior in 10 years! 👏

Team Éire (Ireland): Bebhinn
Thrown together just an hour before the first game, the squad quickly found their feet — picking up two wins and growing in confidence with every match!! Despite a few losses, they kept improving throughout the day!💚

We also had players Izzy and Alice who represented the Midlands, Steff who played for Wales Dragons, Dom playing for English uni’s and Scott representing Scotland!!

A MASSIVE showing from Bombers across multiple teams, with loads of great lacrosse played, some brilliant results and lots learnt!

Thank you to NKI for organising another great weekend!!
