Jess, Ed and an incredible staircase all putting in a SOLID shift for this one. This is going straight into my ‘favourite wedding shots’ folder, and it’s never coming out!

This was at Rhodes House in Oxford. I expected some beautiful architecture to play with, but super-contemporary additions to this historic venue made it spectacular!

Early start for this one - a golden dawn ceremony at 8:15am for Julie and Kev at the Roman Baths. This is an incredibly atmospheric and unique location to get married - I love it!

We’re moving home tomorrow! So today I close the doors to my lovely studio for the last time.

My studio in Failand has been a fantastic space to base all my operations. Within its walls it’s hosted countless amazing couples as we plan their wedding photography, trained many creatives, recorded The Photography Pod with great mate Steve Vaughan, record my music and build the Nick Church Creative Academy.

I can’t wait for all these things and more to continue at Nick Church Photography HQ v2.0.

So as the sun sadly sets on this particular chapter, it’s also full of excitement as this is a great move for us and I have big plans for taking things forward for Nick Church Photography in the new location, in Winscombe. Watch this space 👀

All operations will of course continue as normal throughout. All in-person meetings and appointments will be updated so you know where to go.

Into the forest with Gina and John.

We wanted to use the dense tree cover to find some dramatic splashes of sun coming through the canopies. The sun delivered ☀️📸🙌🏼

I love working in this way so much and Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens hit the spot perfectly.

The lookout over Chesil beach was worth the hike for some cinematic shots to round out the session. Hot, bothered and happy.

Married at the beautiful Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens and keeping it firmly in the family as Maureen (Gina's Mum!) was the Registrar officiating the ceremony.
