More exciting news as we have a new trainer who has joined our team as of this month, Georgia, who brings experience and enthusiasm having run her own one to one PT business alongside regular group training for clients of all ages 🏋🏻‍♀️

Georgia begins as a part timer trainer with a mixture of morning, evening and weekend sessions, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her join team E-Fit 🤝

The first time was so nice, she had to do it twice 🏅

🔷 Massive shoutout to one of our brilliant clients Kelly, who conquered the London marathon for the second time on the weekend 🤩

🔷 A fantastic achievement for someone who’s dedication to her health and wellbeing was certainly applied into her training as she continued to attend training at E-Fit all the way up until the week of the big run 👏🏻

🔷 Kelly wanted to give a shoutout to the E-Fit community for the continued support of members and staff, allowing her to continue to build confidence through training and times of doubt about completing the event 🩵

🔹Congratulations to Coach Joey on his promotion to Head Coach.

🔹Joey has been a key part of the Empowered team for the past few years, bringing energy, creativity, and consistency to every session. His (now-legendary) themed workouts have become a real trademark; there really is a combo for every occasion.

🔹Beyond that, it’s his commitment to the clients, his coaching standards, and the way he shows up day in, day out that make this a well-earned step.

🔹We’re looking forward to seeing him grow into the role and continue to drive the standard across the gym.
