Various focused workshops throughout the year (including Basic Anatomy & Physiology for Yoga Teachers) and one-to-one tuition. Retreats in UK & Greece.

Neuroscience and Yoga Conference - Day 5: An amazing talk by Dr Tony Nader about the essence of Consciousness. Ancient wisdom (Vedas) Consider Consciousness as a quality that is in a primary field which can then manifest in different levels (instead of an emerging quality of the mind/nervous system) - I am so looking forward to reading this book!

HOURS studio had to close but my Hatha Yoga class will be available online from today and every Wednesday 5:30-6:45pm + free of charge for all :) I consider this my way of helping to keep all of us healthy and sane during lockdown.
