#202627

05/08/2026

It is with great sadness that everyone at Bristol Harlequins RFC has learned of the passing of John White.

John was a familiar face across the Bristol rugby community, spending countless weekends on the touchline capturing incredible photographs and sharing the moments that make our game so special. His passion for grassroots rugby and dedication to supporting clubs throughout the city will never be forgotten.

John's presence will be sorely missed by players, coaches, volunteers, supporters, and everyone involved in the Bristol rugby family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with John's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest in peace, John. Thank you for everything you did for our game.

πŸ”₯ Hard work deserves a great reward! πŸ”₯

After another gruelling Tuesday night pre-season training session, the lads were treated to a well-earned BBQ to refuel and recover.

A huge thank you to our Club Captain, Gary Britt, and Vice-President, Kelly Britt, for firing up the BBQ and making sure everyone was well fed. We'd also like to thank Deb and Smithy for lending a hand and helping ensure the team were fuelled up after putting in the hard yards.

Pre-season isn't easy, but evenings like this remind us what Bristol Harlequins RFC is all about. It's more than just rugbyβ€”it's teamwork, friendship and a club that looks after its own.

A fantastic evening on and off the pitch. Thank you to everyone involved! πŸ’™πŸ–€πŸ€

Welcome home, lads. We can't wait to see you back in Quins colours.
