The paintball society is all about bringing fresh blood into the growing sport that is paintball! Whether your first experience has been a stag do out in the woods, or a professional tournament sup'air player, or if you havent even played, we are here to enjoy paintball and bring you the very best of the game! However for those of you who are less interested in the competitive side, we will be hol
ding regular walk on events (using our markers against people with their own gear) at the local skirmish paintball site in Portishead and Cribbs Causeway, as well as general rental days (using the site's equipment against the general public). There will also be many social events throughout the year, as well as training sessions within the Centre for sport gym to hone your skills, coaching you with everything from holding your marker and firing in a straight line, to being able to run across a whole field whilst shooting your opponent out from their cover. We also have a discord server for all of our virtual socials, games nights and chats. The Society committee are here to help you in any questions you may have, and believe us, we have heard them all, so nothing is too stupid. (unless you ask which way the paintballs come out the marker). Also, if you ever decide at some point to purchase your own gear, make sure you discuss your potential purchase with one of our committee members first, because of contacts we have within the industry and support we provide to dealers and affiliations the society has, we will be able to obtain a good deal for you and recommend the best products.
