Running/walking with your dog…who’s tried?
As some of you know, I’ve been running HIIT/body weight circuits sessions for a long old time. I know have a library or sessions that are between about 18 and 30 mins long.
I’m going to put them together with some links to a Tabata timer app and YouTube videos.
They won’t be free but they won’t be expensive either, so if you’d like s set of 10 workouts with instructions let me know, they’ll be coming soon!

What does self care look like for you?
I think we often think about exercise, good diet, early night, long walks…but sometimes it can look like vegging out as it’s cold outside.
I think running where there is mud should be worth more miles just for the extra effort!!!
How do you start your day?

Yesterday was my ‘Introduction to Cold Water Swimming’ course. There are a number of health and wellbeing benefits from dipping or swimming in cold water (below 15 degrees). Luckily you don’t have to stay in long…brrr!
