Never too old for the favourite part of the class ! At almost 80 Winky is always the first to nab a place for a fight ! Proving age is a mental state not a number on a piece of paper !

Super results by the cadet girls today at the Western Area Championships in Bideford . Sadly it was a low entry for the cadet girls which meant many combined weight groups .
Zara was on top form with a clean sweep of three ippon’s securing the Gold and 10 points towards her black belt , Pip won Silver and a fabulous 20 Dan grade points , Emma was positive and focused with lots of scores and a great win ending up with Silver and Valerie having some tough matches taking Silver in the u48k
Fabulous effort from the whole team particularly in the middle of exam season .
Thanks to Adrian for coaching and Aby for transporting the team .
