It has had a full service with new wheels, bottom bracket, chain and cassette. It's looking fresh and now rides like new 😀

A recent project 😄

I bought a Carbon Boardman with a stuck seat post on a whim.. I wanted to tackle this myself and try out some YouTube hacks. Needless to say it didn't pay off! We live and learn and it's good to fail sometimes. So I've purchased a new frame from @billysbikeexchange and will be transplanting the Tiagra Groupset to it shortly 😄😄 watch this space 👀 If you have a stuck seat post then I would definitely recommend Argos bikes in Bristol. My recommendation for the top tools to get when buying and tinkering on a second hand bike. 🔧🪛

Second in is a chain checker tool and tells you how much life the chain has left. If a chain is 100% worn, it's likely the cassette and chainrings are also worn. A £5 tool can save you lots of money down the road.

Returning customer in for a dropper post upgrade. After taking our recommendation for his trail riding the owner supplied us with their full sus Canyon and a Rockshox Reverb dropper ready to go in. This is a tricky dropper to bleed but is so worth it.

We also performed a full brake fluid flush; something that should be done every 2 years for optimal performance.
